5 TOOLS PROGRAM

Improve your fundamentals in small, focused groups.  Classes are purchased in bundles of 4, 8, or 12 per month and are the perfect compliment to your team-based training.  Mix and match classes in the way that best suits your player’s developmental needs.

Classes must be used within one month from the date of purchase and do not roll over from one, 30-day cycle to the next.

Choose from sports performance classes, small group batting, fielding, pitching, or catching.  Small group fielding sessions that are held on-field have an additional charge of $5.00 per player, per session charge to cover field rental expenses.

sports performance

Designed for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes, youth athletes looking to enhance their athletic performance. This program revolves around a “year-round” approach used by professional athletes, meaning the program adapts based on different phases (off season, pre-season, in-season) to ensure athletes can perform at the highest level when they approach their sport season.  Clients are welcome to join mid-month for a prorated amount.  Unused sessions do not rollover from one month to the next.

SPECIAL PRICING: Special pricing is available for ALL external teams that want to train together, as a group. Atlanta Fuego team players get special pricing, please call us for details.

FAQ

Lessons and training are pre-paid and held with a credit card; lessons and training sessions are also planned ahead based upon the number of registered attendees.  A no-show lesson or training session is billed as if it was attended.  No shows will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but only in situations of a true emergency.

We ask for a 24-hour notice for adults aged 18 and up.  Kids can get sick quickly, so we ask for at least 6 hours.  If you are on the fence because of illness, please keep your child home.

Absolutely.  If you’ve never had a lesson with us before, be sure to talk with one of us so that we can help you find the right coach for your child.

These lessons are most effective when you are with a group of peers.  If you don’t have a group, we can try to help you find one, but we cannot guarantee that we will.  Do not purchase a lesson or a package unless you have your group set.

No.  All sales are final.  If you miss a lesson or a training session, you will be able to make it up within 30 days.  After 30 days, the lesson or session expires.

Not technically.  Unused lessons are put into the bank for our athletes that, because of financial reasons, otherwise could not attend.  Your lessons will automatically transfer if they are not used within 12 months.

Training classes are planned and staffed ahead-of-time based upon the number of attendees registered.  The number of sessions that correlates with the package you purchased must be used within the calendar month of purchase.  EXAMPLE:  You purchased an 8-pack of classes on January 5.  You have until January 31 to use those 8 sessions or they will be forfeited.

Remaining or unused training sessions are not transferrable and expire at the end of the month in which they were purchased.

Yes.  We operate on a rolling 12-month cycle.  If you purchase a package of lessons and do not use them within 12 calendar months from the date of purchase, we will donate them to D1 team players that are on financial aid.

Yes.  Training packages are purchased in pre-set blocks and those sessions do not rollover into subsequent months.   Example:  if you purchase a 12 pack of foundational training sessions on January 1, all 12 sessions must be used by January 31.  Leftover or unused sessions do not rollover and are non-transferrable.

No.  We offer specials from time-to-time.

Lesson fees are due upfront.  Training sessions are paid upfront, either on a per-session basis or on a month-by-month basis.

Walk-ins are only permitted on the first visit; all other visits must be scheduled at least 6 hours in advance.

Classes are grouped by age first, fitness level and proficiency second.  Classes are typically grouped in this fashion:

  • Ages 8 – 9
  • Ages 10 – 12
  • Ages 13 – 15
  • Ages 16 and up

We do try to keep youth athletes together and in groups of similar skill.

Kids can start sports performance and general athletic training classes at age 9.  Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Training packages are paid in advance and are not refundable except in cases where physical injury or illness prohibits completion.

The fitness assessment is designed to help trainers identify your fitness levels and proficiency.  These results are used to formulate goals and plans specific to each individual.
