Because we believe experience matters, we are always looking for coaches with high-school, collegiate, or professional-level experience. Experience doesn’t come cheap.  Our pay structure is the most competitive in the Atlanta market.   

Everyone that works in our facility undergoes a complete background evaluation.  Because kids are involved, we are thorough.  State, federal, and international criminal records, and driving records are investigated along with prior employment and education.  All of us undergo a pre-hire drug screen and are subject to randomized tests, too.    

Parents have entrusted their kids with us.  We take it very seriously.
